Yes, we ship throughout the Peninsula and the islands (except Ceuta and Melilla).
Orders are processed in 1-2 working days. Delivery is then 24-72 h. For European shipments, 3-5 days. No shipping on Saturdays and Sundays.

We check every piece before it is shipped. Even so, if a piece arrives damaged please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged product.
Once received, we will be happy to send a replacement free of charge for domestic shipments. For international shipments the customer handles the return shipment and its cost.
Pieces arrive in a recycled cardboard box. Inside, they are protected with tissue paper and honeycomb paper in a cardboard tube (except the Dúo piece, which because of its size is sent well protected but without a tube).
To save paper, we do not include the invoice in the package. It is sent by email with the order confirmation.
