We carefully check each piece before shipping. However, if something arrives damaged, please contact us with:

Once received, we’ll be happy to send a replacement free of charge for national shipments. For international orders, the customer will need to manage and cover the shipping cost of the replacement.
Your pieces will arrive in a recycled cardboard box. Inside, they are protected with tissue paper and honeycomb paper, placed inside a cardboard box.
To reduce paper use, we don’t include a printed invoice in the package. The invoice is sent by email with the order confirmation.
