Refund policy

At Mulier Studio we want every purchase to be clear and reassuring. Below you will find our returns and refunds policy, in line with current regulations and the handmade nature of our pieces.

 

Right of withdrawal

Under European consumer law, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided the product has not been used and is kept in its original condition.

To exercise this right, you must first let us know in writing by email at info@mulier.es.

 

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used, lit or handled after delivery.

  • Products that are not in their original condition or show signs of use.

Mulier Studio candles are handmade sculptural pieces with organic, irregular shapes. Because of this, the burn may not be even and can vary from one piece to another, which is part of the character of the product.

For this reason, we do not accept returns of candles that have been lit, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transport.

 

Return conditions

When a return is accepted:

  • The product must be sent back without undue delay, and in any case within the applicable legal period.
  • The product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
  • The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Once the product has arrived at our studio and we have checked its condition, we will process the refund.

 

Refunds

The refund is made to the same payment method used for the purchase and covers the price of the returned pieces. If the whole order is returned, the original shipping costs for standard delivery are refunded too; if a more expensive delivery option was chosen, the difference is not refunded. If only part of the order is returned and shipping the pieces you keep would have cost the same, the original shipping costs are not refunded. The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Mulier Studio reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the returned products or until the customer has provided valid proof of return.
