Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or making any purchase. Using www.mulier.es and buying our products means you accept these terms in full.

1. General information

This website is operated by Mulier Studio, a brand dedicated to the design and sale of candles.

2. Scope

These conditions govern:

  • Access to and use of the website www.mulier.es

  • The sale of products through the online shop

  • The responsibilities of each party

  • The general and specific conditions that apply to certain products or promotions

Mulier Studio reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website, and continued use of the site means you accept them.

 

3. Conditions of use of the website

Users agree to:

  • Use the site responsibly and in line with the law, good faith and public order

  • Not introduce malicious software, viruses or files that could damage the system

  • Not infringe the rights of third parties or use the site for fraudulent purposes

  • Not impersonate others or interfere with the operation of the website

Mulier Studio is not responsible for:

  • Technical problems, service interruptions or errors on the part of the provider

  • Damage resulting from misuse of the site or from outdated browsers

  • Content posted by third parties that infringes rights



4. General conditions of sale

4.1 Prior information

Before buying, you can view the applicable conditions on screen. The language of the contract is Spanish.

By making a purchase, you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

4.2 Products and prices

All products are shown with their final price, taxes included.

Prices may change without notice, except for orders that have already been confirmed.
Mulier Studio reserves the right to withdraw products or suspend their sale at any time.

In the case of an obvious typographical error, we will contact you before sending the order.

 

5. Purchase process

You choose the products you want, fill in your details and pay through a secure payment gateway.

Mulier Studio never has access to the customer's bank details.

Once the purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

 


6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are sent to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are shown on the product page or in the shipping section. For made-to-order pieces or larger orders, these times may be longer.

If an item is out of stock, we will let you know so we can offer an alternative or the corresponding refund.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and accessible address.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, the recipient's DNI, NIE or CIF must be provided.

Mulier Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the customer or by force majeure.

The customer is responsible for looking after the product properly after delivery.


7. Right of withdrawal and returns

The buyer has fourteen (14) calendar days from receiving the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with current regulations.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Products that are used, handled or unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons

  • Personalised or made-to-order products

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us in writing at info@mulier.es.

The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, within the applicable legal period.
The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.

Once the product has been received, Mulier Studio will refund the price of the returned products within a maximum of fourteen (14) days of receiving them, to the same payment method. If the whole order is returned, the original shipping costs for standard delivery are refunded too; for partial returns, when shipping the products you keep would have cost the same, the original shipping costs are not refunded. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.


8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, images, designs, logos and other elements) belongs to Mulier Studio or to their respective authors and is protected by intellectual property law. Use without express permission is prohibited.


9. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Mulier Studio Privacy Policy, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and current legislation.


10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

To resolve any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Madrid, unless consumer protection law provides for a different mandatory jurisdiction.
