Sanae is a sculptural candle designed to inhabit a space. It's part of the Despierto collection. Made with basilicum scent, fresh and green, with an herbal base reminiscent of green leaves and freshly cut stems. Each piece is handmade in Madrid and conceived to be lived with both unlit and lit. Burning gradually reshapes its silhouette, turning transformation into part of the experience. As these are handmade pieces, their dimensions and features are approximate.
Material & process
Each piece is hand-shaped from our own original, reproduced by mould, poured, unmoulded and individually finished by hand in Madrid. The variations between units come from that manual process.
Made with a blend of soy wax and a small proportion of mineral wax to ensure the stability of the piece.
Preparation & shipping
Preparation: 1-2 business days. Delivery in Spain: 24-72h.
Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days if the piece hasn't been used.
How to light it
Trim the wick to 5 mm before each use. Place it on a heat-resistant surface, away from draughts. Do not leave it burning for more than 2 hours at a time or unattended.
Forms open to time. They can stay intact or slowly change through fire.
